AQUASMART® HYBRID is a water based, veryfast drying, aliphatic Polyurethane hybrid coatingfor waterproofing and protection. The productmay be applied as a one-component material(under the commercial name AQUASMART®HYBRID-MONO) or can be used with a secondcomponent (booster) during cold weather forfaster curing (under the commercial nameAQUASMART® HYBRID-2K).The product is easily applied on both vertical andhorizontal substrates and forms a seamless,elastic and hydrophobic membrane.Apply with brush, roller or airless spraying in twoor more coats. The quantity applied is dependingon the final use requirements.

Hyperseal®-expert-building is a Low Modulous Expansion Joint Sealant, Especially Formulated to Ensure Bubble Free Cure Even at Very High Temperature and Humidity Climatic Conditions. It Cures by Reaction With Atmospheric Humidity to Produce a Joint Sealant With a 50% Joint Movement Accomodation Factor and Excellent Adhesion on Substrates Traditionally Problematic for Pu Sealants, E.g. Glass, Aluminum, Steel, Polycarbonate, Etc. The Extrusion Rate and Tooling of the Sealant Remain the Same Throughout a Very Wide Range of Temperature and Humidity Conditions.
HYPERSEAL®-50FC-S is a fast curing jointsealant, general purpose adhesive that has beenspecifically formulated to contain both PU andsilylated PU technology, thus giving rise to asealant, which includes the best properties of bothtechnologies. The material has been modified inorder to give enhanced thixotropic propertiesHYPERSEAL®-50FC-S cures rapidly throughreaction with atmospheric humidity to produce asealant with excellent early grab adhesion evenon substrates traditionally problematic for PUsealants, e.g. aluminum, steel, polycarbonate etc.Additionally, the sealant has been modified inorder to have extrusion profile identical to HybridPU or MS technology.

AQUASMART®-DUR is a revolutionary epoxybased primer/coating formulated byALCHIMICATM research and developmentlaboratory. It is a two-component, water based,epoxy coating, specially formulated for use in a1:1 by volume ratio. This allows the user toconsume even the smallest quantities and storethe material for future needs. The viscosity of thematerial is low and the pot life long, making itideal for DIY applications. AQUASMART®-DURcan be easily colored with universal pigmentpastes available in hardware stores and can befilled with equal parts of quartz sand giving rise toan excellent protective coating for concretesurfaces. The material displays very low levels ofyellowing upon prolonged exposure to UV.
HYPERDESMO®-PB-2K is a fast-curing, twocomponent, bitumen-extended polyurethane fluid.It produces a highly elastic membrane with strongadhesion to many types of surfaces and excellentmechanical and chemical resistance properties.It is based on a pure elastomeric hydrophobicpolyurethane resin extended with chemicallypolymerised virgin bitumen.Apply with brush, roller, spatula.Minimum consumption: 1.5 lt/m2.
AQUASMART®–PB is a bitumen extended, waterbased polyurethane coating with exceptionalthixotropic properties ideal for the waterproofingof foundation walls and wet rooms. The materialunlike most bitumen emulsion based material, isquick drying and can be applied in thick coats.Furthermore, the material has the characteristicsof a true elastomer and does not resemble thethermoplastic materials of the same genre.As with all the products in the AQUASMART®range, AQUASMART®–PB is available in a fireretardant version: AQUASMART®–PB-FR.Apply with brush, roller or airless spraying in oneor two coats with minimum total consumption of2-3 kg/m2reinforced with geotextile fabricavailable from ALCHIMICA®
HYPERDESMO®-2K-W is a two-component, solvent-free, thixotropic coating, based on high quality elastomericpolyurethane resins. After polymerization, it produces a strong, elastic, hydrophobic membrane suitable forwaterproofing and protection. It is recommended for waterproofing of water tanks. It has been certified for use inpotable water tanks (more details available on request from our technical service department).
