New substrate shall be allowed to cure as per standard procedure.All cracks, construction joints, pipe penetration, bore packing and corners shall be treated prior to application of waterproofing membrane.Mixing :The entire contents of Part A liquid should be thoroughly stirredand poured in a mixing vessel. Add water as per the table shownbelow and mix for one minute. Finally add Part B and mix all thethree materials with spiral mixing paddle in a slow speed drill.Continue until a consistent homogenous mix is achieved. One ormore packs can be mixed simultaneously to ensure a quick rateof installation.Application :Saturate the surface with clean water. Whilst wet, but free ofstanding water, apply WPM 004 using a short, stiff bristle brushor roller. WPM 002 is a tough, fast drying two component waterproofing membrane specifically designed for use under tiles. WPM 002 is based on the most advanced acrylic polymer technology, and is totally resistant to re-emulsification. It is flexible, low in odour, and is fully compatible with polymer modified tile adhesives with fast drying properties to enable tiling in 16 – 24 hours. The product has been uniquely formulated with synthetic microfibers to increase its strength and eliminate the need for a separate reinforcement mat.
WPM 002 meets the Green Building Council of Australia Green Star IEQ-13 requirements for Architectural Sealant when tested in accordance with SCAQMD Method 304-91 Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) in Various Materials as referenced by South Coast Air Quality Management Division (SCAQMD) Rule 1168.

• Packaging Details: Particular care should be taken not to apply excessive product as this will result in a film being formed over the surface, which will glaze and results in poor adhesion of subsequent coatings. If a glazed surface results it must be sanded before proceeding with other coatings or adhesives. Ÿ When using as an industrial sealer and dust suppressant, two coats are normally required and it is preferable to apply the second coat after 60 - 90 minutes and in any event within the same day. When using for other penetrating purposes one coat is normally sufficient unless applying to a very porous surface and it is advisable to apply a thin coat of WPM 300 after 60 - 90 minutes and in any event during the same day. Ÿ When applying as a bond coat to improperly prepared surfaces or surfaces that may have some grease or oil contamination, the surfaces should be first high pressure detergent washed and fresh water rinsed. A powerful, heavy duty, acid – based cleaner for ceramic tiled floors and walls. HEAVY DUTY TILE CLEANER is designed for removal of cement film residues, efflorescence and most oxide stains. It may also be used as general purpose cleaner on other acid resistant surface.
Note: Do not use on surfaces that are not resistant to acid such as marble/terrazzo.

Instructions for use:Dilute to the correct ratios as required: Light cleaning on glazed and unglazed tiles, bricks, slate, stones and quarry tiles use 1 part HEAVY DUTY TILE CLEANER to 4 parts clean water. Heavily soiled areas may require an undiluted solution to be applied Note: Always test initially on a small inconspicuous area. Dilution ratio may be increased or decreased as per nature of stone/substrate.Liberally apply the solution to the floor area to be cleaned. Leave in contact with the area approx. 1-2 minutes. Using a stiff bristled brush or a scouring pad, thoroughly scrub the area treated with the solution.Mop up the solution and rinse well with water up to 3 - 4 times until all traces of the solution have been removed.Heavily soiled areas may require subsequent applications of HEAVY DUTY TILE CLEANERDo not use on new areas until the adhesive and grout are fully curedImmediately clean accidental spillages by washing thoroughly with plenty of water.

Flexible adhesive for use in areas where tiling is likely to be subjected to some limited background movement or vibration, especially wood, plywood & metal surface. Available in grey and white. PERFORMANCE Suitable for fixing at 2 - 10mm bed thickness wall and floor tiles, glass mosaics, vitrified tiles and natural/engineered stones in interior and exterior installations, including swimming pools. Also suitable for use on floors subjected to light traffic conditions, but bed thickness must not to exceed 10mm. No traffic should be allowed on the floor for at least 24 hours after completion of tiling. With dense or impervious surfaces, drying-out and setting time of the adhesive may be delayed.

The tiles should be fixed within the open time of the adhesive and pressed into place with a twisting and sliding action ensuring solid bed fixing is achieved. The open time is dependent on site conditions and will be extended in lower temperatures and shortened at higher temperatures. 4. Check periodically that good contact is maintained with the back of each tile.
