 91 000 74051 CYH-500 is a single-component hydrophobic polyurethane grout that, upon contact with water, expands into a closed-cell rubber-like foam. It is used to stop water leaks, fill small cracks, joints, honeycombs, and voids in concrete structures. It cures into a constant volume material that neither shrinks nor swells. Ideal for water tanks, tunneling, sewage, basements, and other structures exposed to moisture.

Q1. How fast does CYH-500 set / react?Gel time is ~110 seconds (25 °C) when resin:water is 2:1 ratio. Induction is ~15 seconds. Q2. Will it shrink after curing?No. It cures to a constant volume, with no shrinkage or swelling after cure. Q3. Can it be used under flowing water / wet concrete?Yes — it's hydrophobic and bonds well to wet surfaces. Negative-side application also possible. Q4. What is its expansion capability?When mixed in resin:water ratio ~10:1, expansion up to ~27-30× (2700 %) is possible. 
Q5. What conditions are needed (temperature, surface)?Substrate & ambient temperature should be ≥ 5 °C. Store product in dry, cool place. Apply on clean surfaces. Work in moderate conditions for better performance. Q6. How much will 20 kg cover / fill?Depends entirely on crack size, depth, width, amount of water mixed. Because it expands, a small volume can fill larger voids. As a rough estimate, for very fine cracks maybe few linear metres; for cavities depends on expansion ratio and injection methodology.
