•  91 000 74051 UltraTech TILEFIXO Sumo CT is a cement-based, polymer-modified tile adhesive designed for fixing ceramic tiles on floors and walls — mostly indoor, dry areas.

• It’s part of the “TileFixo” range by UltraTech, meant to ensure strong bonding between tiles and cementitious substrates (concrete, cement-plaster, screed, etc.).

Mixing & Application:

• The surface to be tiled should be clean and sound. Old surfaces must be free from wax, grease, polish, etc.
• Add 3 - 3.5 parts of Roff WMA powder to 1 part of water.  
• Mix with a trowel / slow speed drills (50 - 100 rpm) until a lump free homogeneous paste is obtained.
• Always mix the required quantity, which can be consumed with in the prescribed pot life. 
• Leave the mixture for 5 min. before using.
• Spread the adhesive to a required thickness and comb with a suitable notched trowel. Strictly apply the adhesive paste which can be tiled with in 10 to 15 mins.
• Intermittently touch the adhesive paste on substrate by finger. If the adhesive sticks to fingers then continue tiling and if not scrape off the adhesive and apply new coat.
• Start placing the tiles on the surface to be tiled. Tap the tiles properly to ensure complete coverage of the backside of tiles and to eliminate the possibility of any air voids.
• Keep joints between two-tiles using tile spacers.

According to NCL’s product description, TE-204 offers these properties: 

• High bonding strength — ensures full-bed contact under tiles/stone, avoiding hollow-voids or poor adhesion often seen with traditional mortar.Very good flexibility & impact resistance — polymer modification gives it some flexibility, which helps in areas where substrate or tile might experience slight movement, thermal variation or impact.

• Water resistant — suitable for wet-areas installation (bathrooms, balconies, exterior, etc.) when substrate & tiles are suitable.

• Suitable for interior & exterior applications, including wall and floor — and reportedly usable for external cladding up to about 15 ft from ground level (as per manufacturer note) when correctly applied. 

• Single-pack (powder + water) and factory premixed: makes on-site mixing simpler, more consistent quality, less wastage vs traditional mortar.

• Works for tiles / stones with low porosity (porosity < ~3 %) — good for vitrified/porcelain, slim tiles, marble/ granite etc. 

Use TE-204 when you have:

• Large-format vitrified/porcelain tiles, slim tiles, natural stones (marble, granite, engineered stone) to install on floors or walls.

• Both interior and exterior tiling jobs — e.g. balconies, terraces, external walls (within recommended height limits).

• Areas requiring water resistance and durability — bathrooms, kitchens, wet balconies, external exposures (with proper waterproofing measures).

• Substrate preparation is crucial: surface must be properly cleaned, levelled, stable, free of loose particles, dust, oil, paint etc. Poor substrate prep will reduce adhesion strength — as with any tile adhesive.

• Tile porosity: best suited for low-porosity tiles/stones (vitrified/porcelain/slim/stone). Highly porous tiles or surfaces with high moisture absorption may not bond optimally.

•  91 000 74051 This is a polymer-modified, single-component thin-set tile adhesive — just add water to use. 

•  91 000 74051 Weberset premier is a polymer modified, thinset tile adhesive for ceramic tiles, in internal areas. It is suitable for both vertical and horizontal application, over the cementitious substrate. It is supplied as a drymix mortar, to which water needs to be added before application.

•  91 000 74051 TileFixo Sumo CT is a cement-based, polymer-modified tile adhesive designed for bonding tiles to floors and walls. 

• It is part of the “TileFixo” range from UltraTech. 

• It is ideal for internal dry areas — think indoor floors and walls. 

• Suitable for thin-bed floor and wall applications of clay & ceramic tiles, especially those of small dimensions.

• The base surface should be cement-based (like plaster, concrete, screed etc.). 

• Excellent adhesion: forms a strong bond between tile and substrate. 

• Polymer-modified for durability: the polymer additive improves bonding strength and longevity compared to plain cement adhesives. 

• Self-curing and single-component: no need for extra curing agents or complicated mixing; just mix with water. 

• Easy mixing and application: requires about 24–27% potable water by weight. Mix for 2–3 min with mechanical stirrer, let sit 2 min, remix before use.

• Prevents hollowness / debonding: the strong bond and formulation reduce the risk of “hollow-sound” beneath tiles, and ensure long-term adhesion.

• Not meant for wet / damp areas — Sumo CT is recommended only for dry indoor areas.

• Surface should be clean (free of dust, oil, laitance) and properly prepared — roughness and cleanliness important for good adhesion
